Once again a great Newsletter. Again I downloaded it and have already devoured it. I now will go back and re-read, take notes and go to the websites.
I really love the 5 part article on copywriting. This is of huge help. Part 2 builds so well on part 1. It really comes down to if you don’t track it, it doesn’t count.
The SEO portion is particularly helpful and fasinating. I really am starting to understand how it work (not that Google doesn’t change the rules all of the time). I have All in 1 SEO on my site I have to do a better job of using it.
Thomas’s column is also great. I am really going back to that one and getting and using the tools he talks about.
Gazz-Man of course great as always. I want to thank him and you here for the kind words. I am trying my best to be a part of the excitement and everyones success as best I can. Not in your league… YET…..

Looking at your blog lots!
These newsletters come round quickly don’t they, I downloaded no2 just before I left, and now no3 is ready, great stuff. I thought the last one was excellent btw and I’m sure each new issue will be an improvement one the last.
Looks like I will be here a while, going to watch your blog roll videos (thanks) and I see there is a vid with you in it also!

Great newsletter again. Each one is better than the one before. There are some very talented people amongst us.
The Newbie Bits and Pieces part was great about blog commenting (see I did take note!)
Just wanted to point out you need to add HTML in your actual blog posts as well, although it’s much easier there because you already have the keys to do it (bold)(italic) and (underline).
It’s best to keep your paragraphs SHORT with plenty of what is called “white space”. Short is about 4 or 5 sentences.
Also, you need to highlight the main points of your post. Most people are rushed for time and skim articles.
If you make boldthe important bits it’s much easiertoget your message across.
Also, we all know Alex can’t spell (bless him) but he does say he really tries on his blog posts. Remember, what you put up will be there forever and you only get one chance to make a first impression.
It’s wise to always spell check your work , but I don’t advise you typing your work in Word first and then uploading directly to your post.
The reason is it adds all sorts of funny codes and things which throw out the layout. It can be sorted by doing a bit of HTML but it’s a real pain.
I find the best thing to do is type your post in Word and check the spellings and grammar, etc.
Then copy and paste it into Notepad or another similar HTML editor, and finally copy this code directly into your Blog post where you can use the Bold, Italic, Underline, Bullets, etc.
If you do it that way you know your spelling will be correct.
One word of caution though – beware of words which have different meanings because if you spell them correctly they won’t show up.
One classic is “there” and “their”. They mean totally different things and many people get them wrong.
I’m a published author offline and in my last book I had my son eating a “mouse” instead of a mousse! Fortunately it was chocolate flavoured.
Another tip is to read your posts and get rid of all the “that”‘s. You’ll be surprised how many you type and they just aren’t necessary.

Has anyone upgraded their blogs to 2.7 (it changed to 2.7 the day after we put out our blog).Is there an easy way. We went and downloaded something called wordpress automatic upgrade…so we uploaded the files to filezilla, but wordpress is not showing its there. Does anyone know what we may have done wrong???
Everything I try to do just screws up. Still have not been able to upload pics to my blog yet. If anyone can help…please get back to me. Thanks so much.

Well I´m back and firing on all cylinders again after my little boat trip. I just wanted to say what a superb read the ppp 3 was, and not just because my name appeared on so many occasions =O)
You really have managed to pull a lot of very talented writers together for this project, Gary´s post was quite superb..
I cannot believe how much has happened in the few days I´ve been away !! “Q” turned out to be a beautiful woman, Gary´s blog is like the “CN”
tower and you manage to produce a newsletter worthy of a $97 price tag !
I have posted a video of my trip, and below this is another video which will be the first of many tutorials for those of you who want to have fun with video production.
I would be very grateful if when you have a bit of time you could cast your eye over them and give me some constructive feedback. The audio on the second video is not as good as it could be so I have been to Palma today to buy another mike, so the next video will make me sound a bit more normal !

Regarding the rebranding of the ebook so that people can give it away and get their own name & website on the front page. You need to have some PDF re-branding software. The best I found when I did my investigations was this – ViralPdf.
I use it for the Profit Pulling Project Newsletter so people can send it out to their own lists as their own. It changes my name and my website listed in the newsletter to their own so it is as though they own it. I know Alex Jeffreys uses this one as well. Sooo, soooo simple to use.
