Simple Success Strategy and Resources
Profitable Free Report
Later in the post I’m going to give you a direct link to a Free 50-page report on the essential activities you need to be doing in building an online business. And when I say FREE I mean it 100%;
You don’t even have to opt-in!!
Yes, that’s right you can just download the report immediately without even giving me your email address! But please don’t go to the end of the post just yet …. there is some valuable free information to read before then
The purpose of this post is NOT about just giving away the FREE 50 page eBook. You see I can give you (and will!) all the free books, video, audios and other information in the world (in fact I am going to do that for my valued readers but more of that later!).In fact, I can give you all the training and material I have ever taken myself but the likelihood is that many would still not have the success they aspire to because you are missing one valuable piece of the jigsaw. So what is that missing piece? That illusive quality and characteristic that separates the highly successful from the rest?
1. Is it INTELLIGENCE?
Absolutely NOT! Whatever your background and standing now your intelligence has nothing to do with the level of success you can achieve. Skills can be taught or outsourced to somebody else and they most successful people in the world do not have the greatest IQs.
2. Is it DESIRE?
You maybe surprised to hear me say - again absolutely not! Sure desire is essential to drive you forward but most people have a burning desire to make it BIG online but that is not enough to propel them to the level of success they want. It must be something else.
3. Is it TIME?
Although people will readily make the excuse that they haven’t enough time to breakthrough and achieve the success they want this is not the reason for success or otherwise. If you have the burning desire you will find and make the time through good time management. We all have the same amount of time in the day and we all make choices to how we spend it. Sure initially, some may have less disposable time then others but you cannot let that become an excuse as to why you fail. If you accept that “excuse” you may as well stop trying as that will always be the case and you will never succeed at anything you want to pursue until you remove that obstacle.
4. Is it PLANNING?
There is a common phrase or quotation (can’t remember who by!) that goes along these lines:-
“An imperfect plan executed today …
… will far exceed a perfect plan never carried out!”
Sure, planning is important but you don’t have to get this 100% right to make progress and to achieve success. In the end a plan is important in that it starts to develop success habits that are so important on the path to success but it is not the main reason why people succeed.
5. Is it ACTION?
Well Yes(and no!) Action is the key factor in achieving success. But not just any old action! It has to be highly targeted, focused and measurable action. You see action on it’s own without feedback is potentially just mis-directed action and gets us nowhere. You’ve no doubt heard the saying:
“The definition of an idiot is someone who does the same thing again and again but expects to get different results!”.
But many of us do that sort of think unknowingly. Now that is not the sort of action you want to be doing
You want to measure and quantify the results you get from your actions to that you can make appropriate adjustments in your future actions so that you move towards your ultimate objective.
So you need to have the DESIRE …. to set aside the TIME …. to carry out a PLAN that develops the HABITS …. that turns into focussed and measurable ACTION. That is the key to success!
I started this post by saying I’d give you a totally free gift. Well here is the link to the free 50-page report
List Building Simplified e-Book

Thanks Gazza,
I knew it would be something that you’d like
Great talking to you today again and speak again soon.
Hi Garry
Your post makes a lot of sense man. I’ve failed many times because I wasn’t sure about what I did and didn’t have a good plan of action. Sometimes I had a plan but failed to follow it. Sometimes I followed the plan but took the wrong decisions because I planed without sufficient knowledge about what I wanted to do.
My best experience was when I took my driver’s license. I planed my path to the license together my instructor.
I followed the plan. Sometimes I tried to jump over some steps … but i had my instructor pointing out for me the importance of doing those steps we planned.
Every week we monitored how long I came compared to the previous week. In the end I did an almost perfect driving test in the time period I expected to do.
So not only a good plan and actions monitoring, but also someone who guides you is necessary, in my opinion.
All the best
Estani
Hi Estani,
Good comment. You are definately right as well about someone to guide you. Without doubt having a mentor puts you on a faster and proven path to success than without one IMO.
But in the end it is down to the idividual to take rsponsibility and follow through with intelligent action
Great to see you back Garry.
Nice post.
Success is subjective but the reasons you highlighted above are all excuses people offer when they don’t achieve all they’d hoped for.
The thing is we all make decisions based on what we think is valuable and usually our thoughts are based on what’s gone before.
Movement is usually determined by either desperation or inspiration, and it’s hard for most people to comprehend they can have, be or do anything other than what they’ve already had, been or done.
As a result, many people have a “default” future, which means they’ll get whatever comes along.
However, anyone can change their future with the right positive attitude, and the willingness to take consistent intelligent action, learning from every outcome – good or bad.
It doesn’t matter if the action is imperfect – you just have to do it because “today” is always yesterday’s “tomorrow” and the clock is always ticking.
As Alex Jeffreys is so fond of saying…
“Fail forward”
Jean
Hi Garry,
Nice to see you back.
Nice post.
Success is always subjective but the points you’ve highlighted above are all reasons people use when they haven’t achieved all they’d wished for.
The desire for change is usually motivated by either desperation or inspiration, and for many people it’s hard to imagine having, doing or becoming anything other than what they’ve already had, done or been.
As a result many people have a “default” future, which gives them whatever comes along, usually based on what’s currently in their lives.
Unless you adopt a positive attitude and are willing to take consistent imperfect action, learning from your mistakes and those of others, nothing will change.
Too many people forget the clock is ticking and you can’t keep putting things off. Today is always yesterday’s tomorrow.
Change starts from within and the desire for something different.
Jean
Just wanted to say you info here is very good and informative, keep it coming!

Very well written.

Hey Garry, thanks for the report I am going to go read it now, Sally
Garry!,
I missed you this weekend! I had thought you might have been at the IM seminar in Bristol this weekend, I popped over to catch up with everyone but you weren’t there.
How are things with you anyway? I imagine with the launch of MWA 3.0 you’re being kept very busy, although for good reason.
Catch up with you soon,
Nikki / PMW
Garry,
Thanks for the information. I am sure being someone who is as busy as you are you need to streamline your processes to maximized efficiency. I hear it said quite often that it is easier to steer a ship that is actually moving as opposed to one that is dead in the water. Momentum in life in general will take us to new heights.
Thanks Garry.
Great post. For the past 7 years I have been an avid student of Napoleon Hills “Think and Grow Rich”. He has a truly remarkable insight to your above strategies.
If anyone wants a free copy please; feel free to grab yourself it at:

It was Napoleons life search to find what made people successful. This is a life changing study.
To your success.
By the way I tweeted this post for you.
Great Job, well done.
Garry,
Wow this is great stuff!
I’m just starting out so I especially got a tremendous amount of great advice from the “Getting Started” section of the e-book.
Plus I gotta tell you this post was packed full of value. It blew right through the excuses so many of us use against ourselves (no time, no money, no plan, etc.)
Thanks for posting this so that we can all look at the beliefs and mindset of success!
Peace,
Darren L Carter
Hi Gary,

Hi Garry.
I am a fond student to Napoleon Hill’s “Think and Grow Rich” Book.
“You always get what you focus on” This can either be good or bad: You choose?
Focus is your undivided attention to a goal, intention or interest and then acting on it.

Thanks for sharing
Janet
Hi Gary
Great blog/report very thought provoking and ideal for newbies like myself. It really helps to see these concepts written down and I will definately be keeping them in mind as I go about establishing my fledgling internet presense.
Thanks for sharing and will keep in touch.
Ray
Thanks garry this is good stuff will defidently be implimenting ^_^
Hi Garry,
Thanks for the pointers-taking focussed measurable action is definitely the key because with this, even if you can devote 1 hour a day to a task with focussed measurable action you can get so much done-I really enjoyed the ebook especially the email and squeeze page tips. Thanks again Orla
HI Garry

Hi Gary
as a newbie and a member of MWA 3.0 I must say that your post sates everything I believe to achieve success, not only in Internet Marketing but in any other activity.
Thanks a lot for outline so clearly the “ingredients” for success… not each cook must prepare the meal according his own taste
Cheers
Jorge
Hi Garry
There’s an old saying business, “If you can’t measure, don’t do it”.
As you say action is the key to the whole thing but the right kind of action.
Be prepared to measure and assess your progress on a regular basis, if it not working don’t just carry on doing in the hope it’ll get better.
For Example; If your squeeze page only converts on average at 25% its not going to get any better by itself, you need to take action to make it better. Measure, assess and rectify as many times as you need.
Eventually it’ll work and you have taken structured action.
Thanks for a great post.
Anthony
Hey Gary,
I havent talked to you for a while.
I was in Alex Jeffreys 2nd class last year.
Hope all is well, and keep providing all the
good and helpful information you always provide.
thanks
Rich Cardarelli
First time visit on your blog and found a really interesting free report. Thanks for sharing garry.
Hay Garry, Nice post man………cant wait to be as successful as you
Gary, this is exactly where I strive to keep my mindset. Great post, and essential reading for the newbie.
Hi Gary,
Just tried to download your free eBook but keep getting a “listbuildingsimplified.com not found” error. Is this a problem your end or mine?
Best wishes,
Ian
Sorted now Ian,
Thanks for pointing it out
I agree Garry, there is alot of very good info.out there but sometimes the info. that gets purchased is the one with the “best sales letter copy” and not necessarily the best product. Taking action has not been my problem its sustaining it! I am back this time after being away for 1 yr after MWA 3.0!
