    1. Can I use my PPP URL when I post a comment?
        Absolutely not. Only links to blogs and other informational sites that add benefit are allowed. Same goes for people trying to put links to things they are selling directly, the links will be removed.

        Check here first and you can get added from there if you need to. I do periodic block updates.

        From your wp-admin section click Manage, Links, Add New Link & Category further down
