Hope all you students managed to log into Alex’s first session earlier this morning. Really good stuff wasn’t it? To say the session proper last 2 hours and then followed by an extremely lengthy Q&A session you wouldn’t have known as the time just flew by.
I can’t really give it justice in a post, the depth of the material he went into, because, well hey - there was over 2 hour’s worth. In essence I think we can all take away the following key statement
“Planning, organization and time management”
We need to ensure we get these key elements right so we can build a business with a firm foundation and focus our efforts in the right way to ensure solid progress towards our ultimate goal. As Alex said, this is not “Get Rich Quick” it is “Get Rich Forever”. But to make this work you can’t loose focus and just drift aimlessly as you (me) have done before. Success takes effort.
The Truth
I know for a fact that what he presented was the absolute gospel truth that in order to succeed we need to get these fundamentals right. I have to confess though Ifeel I am a little ahead of the game here, as how do you think I have made so much progress over less than a week?
I thought it would be an opportune moment to detail quickly my progress since signing up for Alex Jeffreys Coaching Course before it finally starts proper later tonight.
Can’t believe how far I’ve come in less than 5 days and the mentoring sessions haven’t even started proper yet! Here’s a quick summary of what can be done if you really focus and put your mind to it in a short space of time;
Got my blog up and running
Changed the theme of the blog to be more attractive
Registered on PayDotCom for Internet marketers
Found some free video streaming software, CamStudio
Created my first tutorial video
Signed up with YouTube
Regularly (at least daily) posts to my Blog
Posted comments on like minded people’s blog
Set up a student BlogRoll
Resolved a host of technical problems by finding helpful forums
So what have I learnt?
Well, firstly none of this is rocket science. It just needs focus and commitment. Things that I shied away from in the past or felt intimidated about the complexities of, were unfounded. Yeah, for sure I’ve hit one or two problems (still a few outstanding in fact), but the Internet is a wonderful resource and there are loads of places to find answers to your problems. You shouldn’t let the fear of not knowing be an excuse for not doing anything. PERIOD.
A few people seem to had a glitch in signing up. If you did, just pop over to Alex’s Support Site and it is sorted out very quickly.
Good luck to everyone. Once this has launched and under way I can see the way people make money in online marketing is going to change for many in a big way. Stick along for the ride with me.
I’m now getting a few visitors to my site and a few of you are even getting involved and leaving comments. I was thinking we must have a mix of different readers with varying experiences here. For those who have had some success in making money online what has worked for you?
It would be interesting to know what others have made some success at, however small. I think we can all progress further if we help one another. That’s my intention on this site. While doing the mentoring with Alex I promise I’ll keep you updated with exactly the steps I am taking so you can all learn from my experiences.
So anyone willing to say what has worked for them in the past? What courses or mentors they have used and do they think it has been worth it? Even the ones that haven’t worked out are still worth knowing about as we can always learn from negatives as well.
Hope you all had a good weekend. I know I did. I feel really confident that the steps I am taking will ultimately make me a very successful business. I know Alex had massive success in a short space of time so if I put the effort in why shouldn’t I. Alex is no better or different to me (I’m sure he doesn’t have 2 brains!) and I’m really glad I’ve signed up for Alex’s Coaching Course and going to be mentored by him. Today’s the last full day before he stops taking anyone else.

I’m really pleased with myself that I worked how to do it all. I’ve seen the power of videos before but never thought it would be so, so easy to do. I could of hosted it myself but decided to sign up for YouTube as more people will no doubt see it there.
